Job Description

As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst at Inspire Brands, your role will involve being the primary technology expert for the NOC team, responsible for detecting and resolving issues in production, ensuring the reliability and uptime of the Inspire Digital Platform (IDP) services, and focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience with established service level agreements aligned with the business model. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor monitoring dashboards to detect problems related to applications, infrastructure, and potential security incidents. - Provide primary operational support for multiple large, distributed software applications. - Utilize deep troubleshooting skills to improve availability, performance, and security, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness. - Conduct detailed postmortems on production incidents to evaluate business impact and enable learning for Engineering. - Create dashboards, alerts, and define key metrics and service level indicators for monitoring the platform. - Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation, automate tasks for streamlined deployment, and integrate third-party tools. - Analyze major incidents, collaborate with other teams for permanent fixes, and establish regular KPIs/metrics for performance measurement. - Perform integrations between components and monitoring tools, lead Hypercare events, and accurately track and document all incidents. Qualifications Required: - 4-year degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a production support role for large-scale SAAS Production B2C or B2B Cloud Platforms. - Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Good understanding of applications developed using Java, TypeScript, Python. - Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, particularly with AKS, API management, Service Bus, Azure Functions. - Proficiency in monitoring, APM, and profiling tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana. - Working experience with containers, Kubernetes, Helm, Cloud Network, Firewalls, Ingress and Egress controllers, Service Mesh, ArgoCD, GitLab, CICD, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. - Willingness to dive into understanding, debugging, and improving any layer of the stack.
