Network Operation Manager

As a Network Operation Manager, your role involves maintaining Network Operations service with committed SLA to ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure for maximum performance. You will oversee the daily performance and availability of the organization's network, analyze network requirements, recommend upgrades/changes, and assess current and future network needs. Additionally, you will manage subordinate staff, ensure project milestones and goals are met, and adhere to approved budgets. Your technical expertise will be crucial in training the team to improve Engineer skillsets according to current and new technology trends. Key Responsibilities: - Design Network Operation Management and perform reviews of the team - Define improvement plans and engage in discussions with customers for new requirements - Participate in the Project execution team and Network Operations team, being deployed to customer locations - Understand customer expectations and needs to define network requirements - Prepare Project Schedules for network activities and manage Operations effectively - Train the team on new technologies and enhance their skill sets regularly - Possess multiple product knowledge and work experience - Demonstrate good ITIL knowledge of IT processes Qualification Required: - Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification Certification: - Essential: Any Certificates in ITIL Ops Mgt. or Service Mgt. - Desirable: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE In summary, your role as a Network Operation Manager will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of network operations, managing the team effectively, meeting SLAs, and driving improvements in network efficiency and service quality.
