NETWORK MANAGER (TWO WHEELER)

Key Responsibilities:

Network Service Target Achievement: Ensure monthly service and operational targets for all network partners are met.

Process Coordination: Act as a process coordinator between different workshops and the showroom; streamline procedures and maximize efficiency.

Strong Follow-Ups: Maintain robust follow-ups with network partners, service teams, and workshop managers to ensure issues are promptly resolved.

Authoritative Leadership: Display strong, professional authority in managing teams and motivating staff to deliver results.

Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to workshops and network outlets; evaluate service quality and adherence to company standards.

Workshop & Showroom Evaluation: Monitor and assess showrooms and workshops for performance, infrastructure, and customer service standards.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on network performance, visit findings, and service targets achieved.
