Ticket Handling: Manage and resolve support tickets related to VB.Net applications, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Code Optimization: Optimize and refactor code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software issues, provide technical support, and implement fixes as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for development processes, changes, and support resolutions.
