Network Infrastructure Engineer

QualificationsKey Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network security devices (mainly FortiGate, Palo Alto and Check Point occasionally ).
• Build and manage

  secure connectivity

   (VPNs, routing, firewall policies).
• Provide basic on-premises network support (switches, cabling, connectivity checks).
• Maintain accurate documentation of network environments.
• Handle L2-level change requests and incident resolution.

Qualifications & Ideal Experience

• 5+ years

   of professional experience in network infrastructure support.

• Proven ability

   to configure VPNs, routing, and firewalls

  without templates/wizards

  .
• Strong understanding of VPN protocols (IPsec, SSL), routing, NAT, firewall rules.
• FortiGate experience required; Palo Alto or Cisco knowledge is a strong plus.

• Basic experience with Azure networking is a plus

  ; AWS familiarity is a plus.
• Very strong troubleshooting and English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, CCNP Security, Azure Fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ITIL/change management processes.
• Prior customer-facing or MSP experience.
