NETWORK ENGINEER/F5 LOAD BALANCER

LOCATION: KOLKATTA

INTERVIEW - TELEPHONICE/VIDEO CALL

JOB DESCRIPTION

Administer, configure, and maintain
F5 appliances
(LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, ASM, etc.).
Monitor security advisories and apply mitigations.
Design and implement
application delivery infrastructure
with supporting documentation.
Perform
network traffic analysis
, capacity planning, and topology reviews.
Install, configure, and manage PKI, DNS, MFA, and load-balancing solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with global standards.
Conduct
system upgrades, backups, restores
, and manage HA configurations.
Troubleshoot issues from
Layer 17
using tools like tcpdump, ssldump, curl, Wireshark.
Support infrastructure migrations and baseline reviews.
Configure and support
application security policies
via F5 security modules.
Propose improvements to standards, policies, and procedures using performance metrics.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with
F5 BIG-IP LTM
and virtual appliances.
Strong expertise in
iRules
and troubleshooting application connectivity.
Knowledge of
HTTP protocols, PKI, DNS, MFA
, and application load balancing strategies.
Familiarity with routers, switches & firewalls (Cisco / Dell / HP).
Excellent problem-solving, documentation & communication skills.
