Job Description

Key Skills & Certifications:

Mandatory:

CCNA Global Certification or Training
Hands-on experience with firewalls
Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies:
BGP, MPLS, SDWAN (Viptela, Silverpeak)
Wireless (Cradlepoint), Fortigate, Nokia devices
LAN/WAN/WLAN, OSPF, EIGRP, VPN
ISP Site Installation, TTU (Test and Turn Up), and Network Troubleshooting
CCNP/CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge

Preferred:

Experience with Cisco hardware (Nexus, Catalyst, WLAN)
Knowledge of VXLAN
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Prepare configurations and validations for new customer installations and live site changes
Provide 3rd line global support for technical issues
Configure and validate Cisco routing, switching, and WLAN as per customer requirements
Lead and support networking and facility projects
Handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users during installations
Communicate with customers via email and phone for requirement gathering
Ensure SLA compliance through timely and complete delivery
Perform end-to-end commissioning with customer representatives
Design networks, activate sites, resolve tickets of varying severity, and manage device/circuit deactivations
