Job Title: Network Engineer (Data Routing & Switching) Key Responsibilities As a Network DATA Routing & Switching Engineer, you will: Network Design & Implementation: Design and implement end-to-end network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Data Center (DC) products. Requirements & Standards: Gather and document business requirements, understand existing network standards, and provide solutions aligned with, or updating, organizational standards. Integration & Coordination: Coordinate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration across all platforms. Governance & Compliance: Adhere to enterprise governance and review processes for project delivery. Follow enterprise ITSM and CMDB processes. Ensure compliance with security regulations and assist in audit processes. Documentation: Update standard documents, including Requirements Analysis (RA), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) for all network-related solutions. Automation & Monitoring: Develop, monitor, and automate frameworks for all LAN, WAN, and DC products. Incident Response: Respond to network incidents in a timely and effective manner. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices to proactively enhance the organization's network. Mandatory Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in network routing and switching , with a strong understanding of fundamentals. Expertise in multiple network vendor technologies and network design principles . Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network devices and infrastructure. SME-level skills in LAN, WAN, and DC technology . Experience in developing, designing, and deploying network LAN, WAN, and DC products . Experience with developing, monitoring, and automating frameworks for network products. Experience & Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements. Experience in adhering to enterprise governance, review processes, ITSM, and CMDB. Proven ability to update standard network documentation (RA, HLD, LLD). Experience with ensuring compliance with security regulations and assisting in audit processes. Essential Professional Skills Excellent problem-solving skills . Strong analytical thinking .
