Role Overview: As a Network Engineer at Vitel Global Communication Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the VOIP network infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless and efficient VOIP services for clients by troubleshooting network and VOIP issues, optimizing performance, and maintaining the security and reliability of communication systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for VoIP-related issues via phone calls and emails. - Diagnose and resolve VoIP problems such as call quality issues, connectivity problems, and configuration errors. - Assist customers with setting up, configuring, and maintaining VoIP systems. - Monitor and maintain VoIP infrastructure for optimal performance and uptime. - Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex technical issues. - Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system. - Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance to prevent service interruptions. - Keep abreast of the latest VoIP technologies, trends, and best practices. - Offer training and guidance to customers on VoIP system usage and features. Qualifications Required: - Certification in VoIP technologies (e.g., CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, etc.). - Experience working with VoIP service providers and cloud-based VoIP solutions. - Knowledge of network security practices and protocols.
