Network Engineer SD-WAN & Cisco Specialist

As a Network Engineer at Aress Software & Education Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Nashik, you will have a great opportunity to join our 24 x 7 Technical Support Division. We are looking for a talented individual with over 5 years of experience in network engineering roles. Your primary focus will be on SD-WAN solutions, particularly Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco Catalyst switching. Hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and managing SD-WAN environments is essential, along with a solid foundation in enterprise networking. Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls is considered a strong advantage for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and manage Cisco SD-WAN deployments throughout the enterprise. - Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches for campus and remote site connectivity. - Support WAN and LAN infrastructure, including routing (OSPF, BGP) and high availability setups. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and ongoing support. - Proactively monitor, identify issues, tune performance, and document network designs. **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in Cisco SD-WAN deployment and support. - Strong knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switches, VLANs, trunking, STP, and access control. - Proficiency in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and WAN technologies like MPLS, IPsec, and GRE tunnels. - Experience with network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, NetFlow, and SNMP-based tools. - Cisco certification (e.g., CCNP Enterprise or SD-WAN Specialist) would be highly desirable. If you have experience with Palo Alto firewalls, tools like SolarWinds or PRTG, and working in distributed multi-site or hybrid cloud environments, it would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and documentation abilities are key characteristics we are looking for in potential candidates.
