Hi All, We have the openings for Network L2 Location: Bangalore 4+ years experience in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting large enterprise network environments. CCNA desired. Hands-on experience on Cisco Routing & Switching domain Working knowledge and be able to troubleshoot the Wireless Controller (Cisco), Cisco Prime, Lightweight AP, Standalone AP, indoor/outdoor AP Able to troubleshoot the functions and operations of gateway redundancy protocols (i.e. HSRP, VRRP, GLBP) configurations. Able to troubleshoot the functions and operations of port-channel, switch stacking, VSS. Able to configure and verify router and switch hardware and software operation using all commands. Able to perform IOS upgrade of activities remotely for switches, routers. Knowledge of RADIUS/TACACS tools like Cisco ACS, ISE Knowledge of authentication technologies (Cisco TACACS and / or RSA). Working experience in ITIL process – Incident management, change management, problem management Able to update all documentation and systems as required following resolutions. Able to follow the various Escalation Matrices (i.e. Vendor, Internal and Customer). Experience in working with Global client
