As a Windows Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the technological aspects of at least one Windows platform and technology stack. Your role will involve designing platform strategies, implementing design patterns, and evolving roadmaps. You will be expected to ensure fast resolution of high-severity incidents and optimize technology products to improve services continuously. Key Responsibilities: - Own technological aspects of at least one Windows platform and technology stack - Ensure fast resolution of high-severity incidents and implement improvements to technology products - Perform high-complexity hands-on tasks and maintain technical capabilities - Collaborate, guide, consult, and facilitate technical discussions within the organization - Promote and implement standards and best practices for platform infrastructure components - Utilize skills in Wintel, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper V, Antivirus, SCCM, Intune, MDT, Storage, Cloud, Azure AD, MFA, DHCP, and associated technologies - Have 4 years of technical experience in managing Windows infrastructure - Hold Microsoft certification and demonstrate a proactive mindset in tackling complex operational challenges - Be a team player, suggesting and initiating improvements, with knowledge of change and incident management - Possess expertise in Wintel domain, broader infrastructure knowledge, insights into IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and basic networking fundamentals Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies including Windows Services, Windows Server, and Microsoft Forefront Protection Server Management Console - Experience in Wintel infrastructure and data center technologies Your expertise and experience in Windows platform management, coupled with your proactive and collaborative approach, will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of technology services within the organization.
