Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Hands on experience in networking routing and switching technologies of 3 to 4 years
Thorough knowledge of Networking OSI Layers
Thorough knowledge of Network security concepts secure network design deployments
Hands on experience with working on Firewall IPS Security management Routers and Switches Good understanding of TCP IP protocol suite IP ARP ICMP TCP UDP SMTP FTP TFTP Routing Protocols IP addressing and subnetting VLANs Experience with firewalls internet VPNs remote implementation troubleshooting and problem resolution
Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
CCNA or CCNP certifications is a plus
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes like SLA Change Release Management
Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now remedy will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
