Network Support Engineer – Fresher to 2 Years Experience

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380009
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview)
Experience Required: 0–2 years
Education: Diploma/Degree in EC, CE, or IT (Mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Network Support Engineers. This role involves supporting network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and working with network hardware and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and issues using NMS tools.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers for network-related problems.
• Administer computer networks, including systems and applications software, and network hardware configurations.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/network and system-related issues.
• Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Operate network consoles to oversee system and network performance.
• Work hands-on with Cisco networking equipment including routers and switches.
• Basic understanding of subnetting and IP addressing.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in EC, CE, or IT.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (Subnetting is a must).
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
• Must be willing to work in day or night shifts. (Only day shift for female candidates)

Other Details:

• Supplemental Pay: Yearly Bonus
• Commute: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
