Job description Network Support Engineer – Fresher to 2 Years Experience Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380009 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview) Experience Required: 0–2 years Education: Diploma/Degree in EC, CE, or IT (Mandatory) Job Description: We are looking for motivated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Network Support Engineers . This role involves supporting network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and working with network hardware and systems. Responsibilities: Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and issues using NMS tools. Provide technical support and solutions to customers for network-related problems. Administer computer networks, including systems and applications software, and network hardware configurations. Troubleshoot hardware/software/network and system-related issues. Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments. Operate network consoles to oversee system and network performance. Work hands-on with Cisco networking equipment including routers and switches. Basic understanding of subnetting and IP addressing. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in EC, CE, or IT. Basic knowledge of networking concepts (Subnetting is a must). Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. Must be willing to work in day or night shifts .
