Responsibilities:
Provide 24x7 operational support of existing IT Infrastructure like network, servers, and services to business from IT Operations point of view.
Provide troubleshooting support to maintain all network and IT Infra. systems and monitor them proactively to ensure that production downtime is minimized.
To ensure an effective communication process is in place with all the stakeholders including business, server, network, voice and desktop support teams.
