Network Engineer

Job Description

Design, deploy, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN concentrators. Perform network configuration, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring high availability and performance. Must have SDWAN experience & Wireless network & CISCO USC. Monitor network performance and implement performance tuning strategies to optimize network resources. Troubleshoot complex network issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams or vendors as needed. Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior network engineers and support staff. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network-related emergencies promptly. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network technology to recommend and implement improvements.
