Network Designing

Job Title: Network Assurance Designer / Network Designer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Job Overview: We are looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our Network Engineering team as Network Assurance Designers and Network Designers . The ideal candidates will have a strong background in business analysis, solution design, and technical expertise in network architecture, service assurance, and automation. Role 1: Network Assurance Designer Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define service assurance requirements. Design and document high-level solutions, including HLDs and architecture diagrams . Support implementation teams by clarifying requirements and addressing technical queries. Drive solution designs across Alarm Management, Incident Management, and Change Management domains. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to overall product lifecycle. Required Skills: Strong background in Business Analysis or Solution Design . Hands-on experience in Service Assurance , especially in Alarm, Incident, and Change Management. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies . Exposure to DBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL); knowledge of graph-based databases (Neo4j) is a plus. Familiarity with Microservices , Kafka , RESTful APIs . Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Git, SonarQube, Nexus. Role 2: Network Designer Key Responsibilities: Design and plan network architectures based on organizational requirements. Create high-level designs and technical documentation to support network implementation. Support development and operations teams with design clarifications and technical guidance. Drive network optimization and automation efforts using industry best practices. Required Skills: Proven experience in Network Design , implementation, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of network protocols, topologies, devices, and security best practices . Familiarity with network automation , programming/scripting, and cloud computing concepts. Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL); Neo4j is a plus. Strong understanding of Microservices architecture , Kafka , and REST APIs . CI/CD exposure including Jenkins , JIRA , Git , SonarQube , Nexus . Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field. Certifications in networking (CCNA/CCNP) or service assurance (ITIL) are a plus. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
