Job Description

:

Lead the design, implementation, and execution of IP and Optical Networks to meet customer business outcomes.
Assist clients with the integration and implementation of Cisco systems, tools, and service assurance platforms.
Build customer simulations in lab environments to validate and resolve technical issues.
Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Deliver customer documentation, solution collateral, and technical knowledge transfers.
Guide customers through technology transitions, aligning with best practices and Cisco architectures.
Adhere to internal project and delivery processes while supporting Professional Services goals.
Act as an individual contributor in a technically complex environment.
