Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Network Engineer in the regional network operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and reliability of the network. Your primary responsibilities will involve incident resolutions and change implementation. You will be expected to have a minimum number of years of experience in network security operations, large network security platform management, and network implementation involving routers, switches, SD-WAN, Firewall, and LB. Additionally, familiarity with ITSM processes such as incident, change, and problem management will be essential. Your hands-on experience in setting up high-availability, multi-layer datacenter networks and proficiency in network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios will be valuable. Possession of industrial certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, and NSE-7 will be advantageous. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Cisco routers and switches (ASR, ISR, Nexus, Catalyst), as well as advanced IP routing and switching technologies like BGP, EIGRP, SDWAN, OSPF, PBR, QOS, ECMP, VRRP, HSRP, and VPC, will be required. Qualifications Required: - Minimum years of experience in network security operations, implementation, and managing large network security platforms - Minimum years of experience in network implementation involving routers, switches, SD-WAN, Firewall, and LB - Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem management) - Hands-on experience in implementing high-availability, multi-layer datacenter networks - Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios - Industrial professional certifications like CCNP, PCNSE, and NSE-7 - Sound knowledge and implementation experience of Cisco routers and switches (ASR, ISR, Nexus, Catalyst) - In-depth hands-on experience with advanced IP routing and switching technologies including BGP, EIGRP, SDWAN, OSPF, PBR, QOS, ECMP, VRRP, HSRP, and VPC Additional Company Details: The company values individuals with a curious mindset who are eager to learn and adapt to ever-changing technologies and requirements in the financial industry. Understanding of SASE solutions like Zscaler and Prisma Access, experience in network automation, and familiarity with regulatory requirements from entities like MAS and RBI are considered advantageous. Prior experience as an IT professional in banking or financial institutions is also a plus. Flexibility in working 24*7 rotational shifts and on-call models as needed is required.
