Job Description

This role is in the regional network operations team where you would perform a key role as a Sr. Network Engineer, ensuring the stability and reliability of the Network. You will play a crucial part in incident resolutions and change implementations. You should have a minimum number of years of experience in network security operations, implementation, and managing large network security platforms. Additionally, experience in Network Implementation involving routers, switches, SD-WAN, Firewall, and LB is required. Familiarity with ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem management is essential. Hands-on experience in setting up high-availability, multi-layer datacenter networks is expected. Proficiency in network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc., is necessary. Possession of industrial professional certifications like CCNP, PCNSE, and NSE-7 is preferred. You must have a strong understanding and implementation experience with Cisco Routers and Switches, including ASR, ISR, Nexus, and Catalyst. In-depth practical knowledge of advanced IP routing and switching technologies, especially BGP, EIGRP, SDWAN, OSPF, PBR, QOS, ECMP, VRRP, HSRP, and VPC, is required. A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and requirements in the financial industry is important. Familiarity with SASE solutions like Zscaler and Prisma Access is beneficial. Experience in Network Automation is an added advantage. Understanding regulatory requirements from regulators such as MAS, RBI, etc., is advantageous. Previous work experience as an IT professional in banking or financial institutions is a plus. Flexibility to work in a 24*7 rotational shift and be part of a rotational on-call model if needed is necessary.,
