Network Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of network components, ensuring high availability and performance
• Monitor network performance, security, and compliance metrics to ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards
• Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline network deployment and management processes
• Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications
• Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against cybersecurity threats
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in networking, security, and AI automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Perform network troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues and ensure network performance
• Use Power BI for data analysis and reporting related to network performance and security metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience working as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices
• Expertise in scripting languages (eg, Python, PowerShell) and automation platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, Scripting, AI or other relevant certifications are mandatory
• Familiarity with AI platforms and experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
