NETWORK AND SYSTEM ADMIN

As a System & Network Administrator at the company, your main responsibilities will include: - Managing the SSPU IT Network Infrastructure, which involves overseeing Network Devices (such as L2/L3 Switches, Firewall, Wi-Fi Controller, Wi-Fi devices), CCTV, PA systems, EPABX system, Internet Leased Lines, etc. - Conducting network monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning, as well as troubleshooting and resolving network problems. You will also be responsible for escalating issues to vendors when necessary. - Enhancing network security by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation processes, while also maintaining documentation. - Managing Servers like Active Directory, DHCP, File Server, O365, Anti-Virus, DLP, etc. - Keeping track of all IT-related assets in the inventory. - Installing and maintaining Linux & Windows Servers. - Handling user incident tickets and providing support to the Software Team for application or hardware-related issues. - Supporting Virtual Classroom, Video Conferencing, Meetings, Events, etc. - Performing backups of Servers and Network Devices. - Resolving technical issues related to the Networking Team and restoring SQL Databases. - Assisting in maintaining User Machines and Computer Labs as needed. - Coordinating with vendors and team members to address technical challenges. - Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management.
