Network Analyst

As a Network and Telecoms Infrastructure Support Engineer at Travelex, your role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Networks, Telecoms, and Secured Internet Infrastructure. You will report to the Technical Manager Networks based in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will span across Travelex worldwide, and you should be prepared to work in shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve 1st & 2nd level Network & Telecoms infrastructure support calls effectively - Demonstrate a full understanding of fundamental concepts in Network Infrastructure, Internet and Firewalls, Routing & Switching, Loadbalancer, monitoring tools, troubleshooting skills, and Voice communications - Utilize your experience in Wireless LAN technology and exhibit good hands-on debugging skills - Possess a basic understanding of AWS - Apply your minimum 4 to 6 years of total IT experience with at least 4 years in Networking - Utilize your broad knowledge in areas such as Networks/telecommunications, desktops/servers/mid-range computing, messaging/Internet (e-), enterprise management systems, and data management Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma or higher in Engineering - Experience in Checkpoint Firewall, routing/switching (Cisco), Wireless LAN (Meraki or any preferred technology), Loadbalancer (A10 or any preferred technology), and monitoring tool (Solarwinds) - Strong familiarity with IT Security issues and Business Continuity Management - Experience in LAN, WAN, checkpoint Firewalls, and Internet infrastructure setup, support & troubleshooting - Knowledge of products like Layer 3 Switches, Load-balancers, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, Solarwinds, or similar monitoring systems - Awareness of the support and monitoring of a large Wide Area Network Join Travelex to leverage your skills and contribute to the global network and telecom infrastructure support while working with cutting-edge technologies and a diverse team.,
