We are looking for a professional with solid experience in corporate network environments , acting at Level 3 (L3) support , and responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of network infrastructure in critical and highly complex environments . This professional will serve as a technical reference for the networking team, actively participating in the investigation and resolution of complex incidents , failure analysis , planning and execution of changes , and directly supporting network architecture evolution projects . The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams , vendors , and service providers , ensuring compliance with SLAs , technical standards , and best practices across heterogeneous environments with multi-vendor equipment . Technical Requirements: Strong knowledge of routing and switching; Expertise in the BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols, as well as DCI (Data Center Interconnect) technologies; Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, HP, and Datacom network equipment; Ability to interpret and analyze network traffic and logs for problem diagnosis; Desirable: knowledge in network automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
