Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage
LAN/WAN networks
to support business operations.
Configure and maintain
routing and switching
hardware and protocols.
Administer and monitor
firewalls
to secure the network against unauthorized access.
Manage and support
VPN solutions
for secure remote access and site connectivity.
Implement and maintain
load balancing solutions
to ensure network availability and performance.
Monitor, detect, and respond to threats using
IDS/IPS systems
.
Utilize
network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
to proactively identify and resolve network issues.
Work closely with the IT team to plan for capacity, upgrades, and changes in network infrastructure.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc., B.E/B.Tech in any discipline, BCA, or MBA (IT).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering, with hands-on expertise in managing and configuring LAN/WAN environments, routing and switching, firewalls, and network security technologies such as VPNs, load balancers, and IDS/IPS.
