As a motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator (Fresher), you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Assisting in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks. - Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues. - Providing support for firewall, routers, switches, and wireless access points. - Performing routine network system checks and backups. - Assisting with network security and data protection measures. - Collaborating with the IT team on network upgrades and implementation of new technologies. - Maintaining documentation of network configurations, changes, and issues. - Responding to support tickets and resolving user-reported network problems. - Learning and staying updated with current industry trends and networking tools. Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network protocols. - Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking. - Familiarity with network operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux). - Good problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to learn and grow within the IT infrastructure domain.
