Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning, launching, monitoring and troubleshooting of the following systems:
LAN-Infrastructure (Extreme Networks)
WiFi-Infrastructure (Extreme Networks)
WAN-Infrastructure (Palo Alto)
Firewall and Securitysystems (Palo Alto, Citrix, Microsoft)
Optimization of the security systems with regard to vulnerabilities, attacks, etc.
Preparation and maintenance of network documentation
Participation in projects
Third-Level-Support

Requirements

Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
Very good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and firewalling
Good knowledge of VPN and proxy/reverse proxy technologies.
Good knowledge of the standard Microsoft environment with Active Directory.
Good knowledge about the products of the above mentioned manufacturers.
Independent, structured manner of working and behavior.
Good organizational skills, reliability, proactiveness, and ability to work in a team.
Willingness to work in an international team
Confident and engaging demeanor
Good English skills, both verbal and written
