This position will be a Work From Office role and you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Key Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure
1. Network Management
- Monitor and maintain network stability and performance across LAN/WAN.
- Configure and manage switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Perform firmware updates, reboots, and backups of network devices.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure VLAN, DHCP, and IP configurations are accurate.
- Maintain updated network topology documentation and device inventories.
- Ability to manage VoIP systems, perform upgrades, updates, etc.
- Implement best practices for network security hardening.
- Maintain access controls, user permissions, and security policies.
- Assist with audits, disaster recovery planning, and documentation.
2. IP Camera Management
- Monitor camera uptime and network performance across camera VLANs.
- Troubleshoot video feed, PoE, and bandwidth issues.
- Apply firmware updates to NVRs, switches, and APs.
- Coordinate with vendors for camera replacements and configuration issues.
3. Microsoft 365 & Exchange Administration
- Manage user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and security roles in Microsoft 365.
- Resolve Exchange Online issues including mail flow, transport rules, and spam filtering.
- Monitor security alerts in Microsoft 365 Defender and Entra ID.
- Manage SharePoint access and Power BI Pro licensing.
- Enforce compliance, MFA, and conditional access policies.
- Generate usage and security reports
4. Windows & macOS System Support
- Provide L3 support for Windows and macOS systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including updates, drivers, and peripherals.
- Perform regular patching and endpoint maintenance.
- Maintain documentation of recurring issues and solutions.
5. Domain & SSL Management
- Administer DNS zones and records through registrars such as GoDaddy or Cloudflare.
- Configure and validate DNS record types (A, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).
- Manage SSL certificatesprocurement, renewal, and installation.
- Ensure HTTPS redirection and certificate validity.
- Liaise with hosting providers for domain or certificate issues.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed logs of infrastructure changes and incidents.
- Prepare weekly summaries of updates, incidents, and key metrics.
- Keep documentation current for network diagrams, SSL trackers, and license reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security concepts.
- Proficiency with network hardware (Sophos, TP Link, UniFi, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, HP, etc.).
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring & management tools.
- Relevant certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA, etc.
