Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities.

Handling LAN/WAN incidents escalated from L1 team.
Perform Incident Management, problem Mgt, Capacity Mgt. and Release Management.
Network IP address Management and allocation based on Tools or Offline database.
Run the system heath check procedures & provide inputs to L3 teams
WAN/SD-WAN Access technology configuration and troubleshooting.
Implement and rollout Patch updates with planned down time.

Technical Skills

Experience in Network Routing and Switching products (Juniper)
Knowledge and experience with inter-network routing architectures, and the underlying network security technologies
Should have worked as a Network Administrator & acquired hands-on experience in the in large & complex setups.
Experience and extensive knowledge of switching technology with LAN and cloud networking (Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, VLANs, STP, VTP etc.) are required.
Service Delivery understanding and remote support exposure,
Configuration and administration of Juniper Mist Wireless products (Controllers and APs

Mandatory Skills: Aruba Wireless Admin.

Experience: 3-5 Years.
