Network Admin - Juniper

As a Network Admin - Juniper at Wipro Limited, your role will involve handling LAN/WAN incidents escalated from the L1 team, performing Incident Management, problem management, Capacity Management, and Release Management. You will be responsible for Network IP address Management and allocation based on Tools or Offline database. Additionally, you will conduct system health check procedures, provide inputs to L3 teams, and be involved in WAN/SD-WAN Access technology configuration and troubleshooting. Implementing and rolling out Patch updates with planned downtime will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle LAN/WAN incidents escalated from the L1 team - Perform Incident Management, problem management, Capacity Management, and Release Management - Manage Network IP address allocation - Conduct system health checks and provide inputs to L3 teams - Configure and troubleshoot WAN/SD-WAN Access technology - Implement and roll out Patch updates with planned downtime Qualifications Required: - Experience in Network Routing and Switching products, particularly Juniper - Knowledge and experience with inter-network routing architectures and network security technologies - Previous experience as a Network Administrator in large and complex setups - Extensive knowledge of switching technology, LAN, and cloud networking - Service Delivery understanding and exposure to remote support - Configuration and administration of Juniper Mist Wireless products (Controllers and APs) At Wipro, we are dedicated to reinventing our world and transforming into a modern organization.
