As a NetSuite Consultant, your role will involve delivering customization services for NetSuite clients and managing clients in post-sales environments. Working alongside the consulting department, you will be responsible for quickly assessing client needs, developing innovative solutions, and implementing them to ensure client satisfaction. Your passion for helping clients find creative ways to enhance their business operations will be crucial in improving client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Interact daily with customers and deliver NetSuite solutions - Collaborate closely with the project manager and team members - Conduct customer workshops, drive agenda, secure support at all levels, and implement NetSuite - Provide ongoing technical guidance and hands-on training to end-users - Create technical and user documentation - Develop forms, dashboards, reports, scripts, alerts, and workflows based on business requirements - Integrate NetSuite with external applications as needed Qualifications Required: - Experience as a Technical Consultant on NetSuite - Extensive training on NetSuite - Familiarity with all modules of NetSuite ERP - Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle experience in NetSuite implementation as a Consultant - Excellent communication skills,
