Job Overview

We are seeking a NetSuite Developer with 8+ years of experience to assist with post-implementation support, system customizations, and continuous enhancement of our ERP platform. This role is essential and hands-on, ideal for an individual who thrives on problem-solving, optimizing systems, and implementing immediate improvements within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and enhance current NetSuite configurations, custom records, workflows, and user roles.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various departments, including Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Assist with customizations related to forms, fields, saved searches, dashboards, and overall user experience.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to prioritize enhancement requests and document process flows related to NetSuite improvements.
• Offer insights on NetSuite best practices and strategies for system scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• Over all 8 plus years of IT domain Experience
• 5+ years of practical experience in NetSuite development.
• Advanced expertise in the Projects module (Advanced Project Module) is essential, as all tasks are managed through project frameworks.
• Skilled in customizing reports, forms, saved searches, workflows, permissions/roles, and scripting.
• Strong background in providing post-implementation support for NetSuite.
• Previous experience working with professional services, engineering, or global teams is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party software solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the in-house accounting team on their terms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
