NetSuite Technical Developer - Field Service Management (FSM) Position NetSuite Technical Developer - Field Service Management (FSM) Location India (Hybrid/Onsite at Noida as per business needs) Experience Required 3-5 years (with minimum 1 years in NetSuite FSM, or the acquired Next Technik product, and SuiteCloud development) Employment Type Full Time, Permanent Work Timing General: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, later evening calls possible Role Overview We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer with experience with Field Service Management implementation and integration development to join our India Delivery Center. This role requires a strong understanding of NetSuites SuiteCloud platform (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder) and deep experience with FSM business processes such as work order management, dispatching, scheduling, service logistics, and mobile workforce integration. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and extend NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) modules based on business requirements. • Build, test, and deploy SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) scripts for automation, custom forms, workflows, and UI enhancements. • Configure FSM features such as work order creation, service request management, resource scheduling, and mobile integration. • Create and manage custom records, forms, fields, and workflows aligned with FSM data structures. • Design and implement integrations between NetSuite FSM and external systems (CRM, dispatch, IoT, HR, or inventory systems) using: - SuiteTalk REST/SOAP Web Services - JSON payloads - Middleware tools (OIC, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo) - Develop REST API or MCP endpoints and scripts to support real-time data exchange and FSM automation. - Handle authentication, error handling, and logging for integrations. • Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. • Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead, Functional Consultants, and Project Managers for project delivery. • Follow established development standards, naming conventions, and deployment practices. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance support for FSM-related developments. • Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and test scripts. • Provide post-deployment troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization. • Participate in version upgrades and regression testing for custom components. Qualifications & Skills-Required 6+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP development, with at least 1 year in FSM module configuration or enhancement. • Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. • Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite using SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP) and JSON/XML payloads. • Strong understanding of how to construct, parse, and validate JSON in SuiteScript and integrations. Proven experience in Field Service Management (FSM) module configuration and FSM configuration script customization (including subsidiary specific coding techniques), version control and delivery process. • Familiarity with NetSuite Field Service Management functionalities, including: - Work Orders, Service Requests - Scheduling & Dispatching - Parts & Inventory tracking - FSM Mobile App integration • Experience with data migration tools and CSV imports. • Knowledge of SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) preferred. • Basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript, and API troubleshooting. • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other iPaaS tools is a plus. Qualifications & Skills - Preferred (Good to have) NetSuite certifications (SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant). • Experience with OIC, Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft integrations. • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies. • Exposure to global delivery models and client environments.
