Netsuite Business Analyst

As a NetSuite Business Analyst at ChargePoint, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending updated processes leveraging NetSuite capabilities and automation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders in USA, EU, and India to gather and document detailed business requirements in use case format and translating them into functional specifications. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to help drive NetSuite solutions aligned with business needs. - Conducting user interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Creating and maintaining business documentation such as process flows, use cases, user stories, and test cases to ensure clear communication and understanding. - Driving streamlined Finance order management processes into scalable global system solutions. - Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure timely project delivery meeting established timelines and goals. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Knowledge of order management business processes and system flows between a CRM and ERP system. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment. - Detail-oriented focus on quality and accuracy in documentation and testing. - Knowledge of integrations with other systems, data migration, and data management principles. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst or similar role with in-depth knowledge of NetSuite order management modules. - NetSuite Suite Foundation and/or Admin certification (nice to have). - Experience in Finance order management processes, including documenting, identifying, and implementing system improvements that measurably scale the business. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science preferred.
