Requirements

Degree or experience in
Accounting/Finance
;
NetSuite Functional Analyst certification
preferred.
3+ years hands-on
experience with
NetSuite ERP modules
(Financials, Inventory, Sales, CRM).
Strong in
system configuration, workflows, SuiteBuilder/SuiteFlow
, and business process mapping.
Knowledge of
Multi-Book Accounting, Tax setups (Avalara),
and financial reporting.
Familiar with
integrations
(Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking).
Proficient in
Saved Searches, KPIs, dashboards, and data management
.
Excellent
analytical, documentation, and communication
skills.

Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and optimize
NetSuite ERP modules
and workflows.
Align
business processes
(P2P, O2C, R2R) with system capabilities.
Support
Finance & Accounting
operations and monthly close activities.
Oversee
integrations
, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain sync accuracy.
Build
reports and dashboards
for finance, ops, and leadership.
Conduct
UAT, user training, and maintain SOPs
.
Ensure
governance, role security, and audit readiness
.
Lead or support
system enhancements and version upgrades
.
