Netsuite Admin

Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Administration & Support:

  Perform core administrative and functional support tasks for NetSuite, covering areas like order management, supply chain execution, product operations, and procurement processes.

• User & Security Management:

  Maintain users, roles, security settings, profiles, and workflow rules within the NetSuite environment.

• Customization & Reporting:

  Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.

• Inventory Management:

  Work with inventory management and advanced inventory management modules.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Utilize standard NetSuite reports, saved searches, and custom reports within Suite Analytics.

• Role & Permission Management:

  Create new roles, update existing roles, and assign permissions.

• User Access Management:

  Add and update user access with the appropriate roles.

• Saved Search Management:

  Create new saved searches and update existing ones based on user requests.

• Report Customization:

  Customize reports to enhance their functionality and utility.

• System Audit:

  Perform hands-on system audit processes.

• Collaboration:

  Communicate effectively and interact with cross-functional teams.

• Learning & Adaptability:

  Willing to learn new things and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in core

  SaaS ERP (NetSuite)

  as a functional consultant or administrator.
• Strong understanding of

  NetSuite implementation and support

  in areas like order management, supply chain execution, product operations, and procurement.
• Ability to maintain users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules.
• Capability to customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of inventory management and advanced inventory management module.
• Proficiency with standard NetSuite reports, saved searches, and custom reports in Suite Analytics.
• Ability to create new roles, update roles, and assign permissions.
• Skills in adding/updating user access with roles.
• Ability to create new saved searches and update existing ones.
• Capability to customize reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good listener.

• Experience in
