As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) within our Customer Success Services (CSS) team at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in enabling organizations to maximize their Oracle investments by transitioning into the cloud with enhanced value, flexibility, and certainty. Oracle offers top-tier managed cloud services covering a wide range of business applications, middleware, databases, and hardware technologies. In this position, you will be responsible for managing service delivery activities for a diverse set of Oracle products deployed both on the cloud and on-premises. You will act as the primary point of contact between the customer and Oracle, overseeing service delivery through a virtual team of resources. Your role will involve providing specialized product guidance on HCM, setting priorities and growth plans aligned with Oracle's Cloud Strategy, and working on improvement initiatives as required. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of SaaS ERP and Finance domain knowledge, proficient technical skills in Oracle Database and Fusion Applications, as well as familiarity with Oracle SaaS-based applications, technical architecture, and cloud architecture. Strong customer-facing abilities, multitasking skills, adaptability to high-stress situations, and the willingness to learn new technologies are essential qualities we seek in our ideal candidate. The candidate we are looking for should have a minimum of 11 years of experience in Oracle products, including Technical/Functional expertise and Project/Program Management experience, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale global application or infrastructure/database projects. A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction is a key requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage service delivery activities for a diverse set of Oracle Products deployed on Cloud & On-Premises. - Act as a single point of contact between the customer & Oracle. - Establish priorities & Service growth plans for customers aligned to Oracle's Cloud Strategy. - Work on improvement initiatives as required. - Deliver upgrade projects within time, scope, and budget. - Conduct regular business and operational reviews for key stakeholders. - Manage and coordinate changes in customer environments per customer strategy. In addition to the technical aspects of the role, your responsibilities will also include service planning, technology change management, contractual and financial control, service governance, problem and incident management, issue and risk management, escalation management, providing best practice advice and recommendations, business development, renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering leadership, motivation, and direction. The position is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Delhi, and it falls under the Career Level - IC4. Analyze user requirements and convert them into technical specifications by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to support system designs and feasibility evaluations.
