Support the deployment of Netskope Secure Web Gateway
Assist with configuring policies, profiles, and user authorization
Conduct testing and validation of security policies
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Produce Standard Operating Procedure documentation for all operational aspects of Netskope
Direct experience with Netskope, including deploying into an enterprise environment with over 10,000 end users Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bachelor's degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience needed.
Relevant years of experience as a Major/Critical Incident Manager.
Should have knowledge of Network/Servers/Telephony/Cloud.
ITIL Trained, Tested and Certified. (ITIL Foundation Certified)
