.Net Technical Lead

You should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in building products using .NET technology, with a strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C# .NET, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MSSQL, ReactJS or AngularJS, and Dockers. You must have a proven track record of contributing to the architecture and development of products using Microservices architecture. Experience in leading a team is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving abilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and strong logical thinking are key qualities for this role. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn quickly, and a go-getter approach are also important. Your responsibilities will include driving projects from Requirements to Release phase, taking accountability for project delivery, and serving as the main point of contact between project stakeholders such as customers, business teams, and delivery teams. You will be responsible for managing a team, mentoring team members, and ensuring their success. As a technical consultant, you will address technical challenges and facilitate the development process. Adherence to company-defined processes is crucial. Your role will involve requirement engineering, project estimations, construction and unit testing, quality management, deployment and release management. Furthermore, you will contribute to pre-sales activities by showcasing technical capabilities and strengths, and support talent acquisition and training efforts to build a skilled workforce that meets the organization's requirements.,
