Senior .NET Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor a team of developers

  .
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex coding issues.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.

• Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using

  ASP.NET

  (Core & Framework), MVC

  , WinForms, and Angular.
• Write clean, scalable code and develop client-side and server-side architecture.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

• Database Management

• Design and maintain SQL Server databases.
• Develop stored procedures, functions, and indexing strategies.
• Optimize queries for performance and scalability.

• System Design & Integration

• Work with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices Architecture.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and project managers on system architecture and delivery timelines.

Required Technical Skills

• ASP.NET

  (Core & Framework), MVC,

  WinForms,

  C#

• Angular

  (latest versions), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

• SQL

  Server: Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Indexing, Query Optimization

• RESTful API

• Entity Framework, LINQ, Dependency Injection
• Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Knowledge of desktop application architecture best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 - 7 Years of full-stack .NET development experience.
• Proven track record in a leadership or senior technical role.
