.Net Developer

You are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer to join your team. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions using the .NET technology. The desired candidate should have at least 2 years of strong hands-on experience in .NET technology. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ASP.NET framework, WEB API, C#, WCF, and REST services, as well as Windows Services. Understanding of client-server architecture and experience with HTML5, CSS5, JavaScript, and JQuery is required. Strong knowledge in OOPS concepts, experience in Responsive Framework like Bootstrap, and knowledge of T-SQL with SQL Server 2008 R2/2012 are essential. Good communication skills are a must as the candidate should be able to coordinate with clients, conduct presentations and system demonstrations to potential clients, plan estimations and delivery, plan suitable stable solutions for requirements, train and coach employees on improving their IT, communication, and people skills. The candidate should be proficient in Data structure and Algorithms, able to handle the team, do team reviews frequently, and have expertise in small effective agile development teams. Working with other team members to develop and maintain software applications that meet business requirements is crucial. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong debugging skills, designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions using WEB API, ASP.NET are key responsibilities. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience using .NET Framework and ASP.NET Framework, minimum 2 years of experience in SQL Server, and experience in the integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application.
