.NET Developer

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ASP.NET MVC applications and APIs. You will also work with existing MSSQL stored procedures to optimize them, ensuring they are scalable and identifying opportunities to improve performance using caching mechanisms within .NET. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain .NET core and related technologies. Support and enhance legacy applications built with older versions of the .NET framework. Work with existing MSSQL stored procedures, reviewing and optimizing them for performance improvements. Identify opportunities to replace or enhance stored procedures with caching mechanisms in the .NET layer where applicable. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, database issues, and API defects. Write clean, scalable code following best practices for performance and security. Implement caching strategies (in-memory caching, distributed caching, etc.) to optimize database calls and API performance. Document developed code, APIs, and any enhancements to stored procedures. Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET, API development, and database performance tuning. Ensure the scalability and performance of the applications through AWS services. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality code and best practices. Requirements Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a .NET Developer, including expertise in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC and API development. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful API development. Strong knowledge of MSSQL, with experience in writing, reviewing, and optimizing stored procedures. Experience in implementing caching in .NET (e.g., in-memory, distributed caching, Redis, etc.). Familiarity with Entity Framework or other ORM tools. Knowledge of performance tuning for APIs and databases. Strong understanding of SQL Server or similar relational databases. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience using version control systems such as Git. Solid debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with ASP.NET Core. Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with API security best practices, including authentication (OAuth, JWT) and encryption. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,
