Write production quality code while implementing your own ideas. Participate in the full development cycle from product inception, research and prototyping to release in production. Establish and promote agile development principles and best practices for software development. Partner with internal and external clients to translate business needs into elegant and workable systems. Measurably impact company performance by delivering high quality, scalable data products. Demonstrate ability to develop a high degree of autonomy in performing the tasks outlined above Required Skills: 8+ years of demonstrated experience in software development in delivery of custom data-driven software solutions Proficiency in any languages and programming skills, such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET and web service development. Experience developing web applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript Proficiency in Angular and other JavaScript frameworks Experience with developing applications leveraging relational and/or NoSQL databases, including MS SQL, Oracle Strong understanding of design for security, scalability, performance, and reliability Experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs and product strategy Preferred experience with life science and/or healthcare related data.
