.Net Developer

As a .Net Developer with experience in Legacy tool migration to Azure Cloud, your primary responsibility will be to lead and participate in the design, development, and migration of .NET applications from on-premises infrastructure to Azure Cloud. You must have at least 2+ years of experience in Azure cloud services to excel in this role. You will be tasked with developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-level applications using ASP .NET, .NET Core, C#, and other .NET technologies. Additionally, you will architect scalable and efficient cloud solutions using various Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS). It is crucial to have a strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including containers (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless architecture, and microservices. In this role, you will also perform end-to-end application migration, which includes refactoring, re-platforming, and re-architecting for cloud compatibility. You will need to implement best practices for cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, as well as optimize existing applications for cloud performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. Collaboration with DevOps and infrastructure teams is essential to ensure seamless deployment and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Additionally, you will conduct performance tuning and optimization of .NET applications on the Azure platform and document technical processes, architecture, and design solutions for migrated applications. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 8-12 years of experience in .NET development. Proven experience with Azure Cloud services, application migration to Azure, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps are required. Familiarity with Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM), security best practices, and networking in Azure will be beneficial.
