Description
As a .NET Developer at Cyncly in Kochi, India, you will play a crucial role in the development of front-end MVC ASP.NET web applications and back-end .NET business workflow applications. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of delivering solutions through programming and related activities. - Understand and contribute to the requirements within the broader context of the application. - Conduct requirements analysis and code solutions effectively. - Determine the delivered solution while considering non-functional/strategic requirements. - Mentor and develop other team members. - Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to help team members grow. - Analyze production issues across the full stack, collaborating directly with clients and internal stakeholders. - Engage in brainstorming sessions for solution development. - Contribute to planning and estimation for sprints. - Participate in retrospectives to enhance individual and team performance. - Stay updated on the latest development processes and tools and share knowledge. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or similar equivalent industry experience. - Minimum of 5 years experience in software development. - Knowledge of Agile Project Management is preferred. - Ability to write clean, well-structured, performant, and secure code. - Understanding of associated libraries and frameworks depending on specialty (Web - MVC.net, Desktop - WinForms/WPF, 3D - Unity). - Familiarity with SQL databases and SQL languages (SQL Server and/or Oracle). - Proficiency in IDEs and associated productivity tools such as ReSharper. - Experience with source code management tools like TFS and/or Git. - Proficient in debugging and performance monitoring tools. - Knowledge of interface design. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex information orally, in writing, or through presentations. - Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. - Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Effective negotiator and relationship builder. - Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Proactive and flexible approach to work with the ability to work autonomously.
