As a .NET Core Developer with 2-3 years of experience, you will be part of our core development team at CIS. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the .NET framework, proficiency in .NET Core, and hands-on experience with Azure services. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities:** - Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using .NET Core and related technologies. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. - Must be expressive in technological understandings and may have to interact with customers. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively contribute ideas for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience as a .NET developer, focusing on .NET Core development, Databases (MSSQL Server-SSIS & SSRS, SQL Azure, AD, and Azure Data Lake). - Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework. - Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, etc. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git). - Familiarity with cloud-native development principles. - Certifications in .NET or Azure are a plus. **Benefits:** - Flexible work arrangements. - Opportunities for professional development, certifications, and career growth.
