Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using
React.js
for the frontend and
.NET Core/.NET 6+
for the backend.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in
React.js
, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux), and component lifecycle.
Solid experience with
.NET Core / .NET 6+
, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
Proficiency in
JavaScript/TypeScript
, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Experience with
SQL Server
or other relational databases.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
