Although their few products are good, not all. They don't refund and store credit. Also, only the first return is free and then you will be charged for return pick up as well. This is not customer friendly.

I had ordered for products worth close to 2k. It was supposed to be delivered on 18th. I have not received the product and the customer service is not responsive. They just keep sending the tracking details which says delay in delivery… will get it on 23rd only. Very horrible experience . Please refrain online shopping.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have had in my life. Firstly, the quality of the product was very very poor. When I asked for a return, the customer service executive was extremely rude. They don’t provide a refund in the bank account which is a red flag. Please do not buy from them.

Nestasia has always been one of my favourite brands for shopping home decor items and now it's in Banglore, what can be more exciting than that! The store is very beautifully designed with very cute products. Will visit here again for sure!

I bought 6 glass tumblers from their website on 25 th Jun 2024.I got the delivery on 16 July.Buy opening the package I saw one of the glass tumblers was broken.While trying to return it shows that the time limit for return is expired

I ordered a set of blue glasses and they were not as sparkly or shiny as they looked in the pictures online. They all had some small defect or the other. Looked like they had been used for years. Not at all a happy shopping experience.
