Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced NEET Physics Faculty to join our academic team at INSTIL ACADEMY. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Physics concepts as per the NEET syllabus and be capable of delivering engaging lessons that simplify complex topics. The role involves teaching, mentoring, content development, and guiding students to achieve excellence in the Physics section of the NEET exam. The faculty must be dedicated, result-oriented, and committed to fostering a strong conceptual foundation among students.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction:

• Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures on Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Modern Physics, and other NEET Physics topics.
• Simplify challenging concepts using visual aids, real-life examples, and interactive teaching methodologies.
• Conduct both online and offline classes, including recorded video lectures and live sessions.
• Organize doubt-solving sessions, addressing individual student difficulties with clarity and patience.
• Design and execute lesson plans, assignments, practice tests, and mock exams aligned with the NEET Physics syllabus.
• Develop numerical problem-solving techniques and train students in time management and accuracy for competitive exams.

Course Development & Content Creation:

• Regularly update and enhance course materials based on latest NEET trends and syllabus modifications.
• Create practice modules, mock tests, and question banks reflecting the current NEET exam standards.
• Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure the Physics curriculum aligns with institutional goals.
• Continuously improve existing study materials based on student feedback and academic analysis.

Student Mentoring & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor student progress through periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and address areas of weakness to help students improve their conceptual understanding.
• Conduct strategy sessions and revision classes to reinforce key Physics concepts.
• Motivate students to build confidence, discipline, and consistency in their preparation journey.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning:

• Collaborate with Biology and Chemistry faculties for integrated academic planning and cross-subject problem-solving strategies.
• Participate actively in faculty workshops, meetings, and training sessions to enhance teaching methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and NEET exam trends.

Qualifications:Essential:

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Physics or a related field (M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D.) from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of teaching experience in NEET Physics or similar competitive exam preparation.
• Subject Expertise: Strong conceptual understanding and command over Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of English and/or Tamil, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital teaching tools, simulations, and smart classroom technology.

Desirable:

• Previous teaching experience with reputed NEET coaching institutes or online platforms.
• Research exposure or publications in Physics or related disciplines.
• Teaching or educational certifications (CTET, TET, or equivalent) preferred.
